Lisa Iglesias has just concluded representing us on the third of three transactions over the past 13 months. Each of these transactions differed from the others in material ways. All three of these transactions involved existing high-rise condominium apartments. The third and last transaction was particularly difficult. It is a unique apartment in an aging hotel in downtown. Among other things, it had been modified approximately 12 years ago to accommodate someone in a wheelchair. Nevertheless, for the right buyer it offered real value. Lisa worked tirelessly to find that buyer. She was responsive, creative and positive throughout. Her professionalism and high levels of experience and knowledge were ultimately key, in my opinion, to a successful conclusion. In short, although I have worked with many realtors over 40 years, Lisa is the most professional and capable with whom I have worked.

Lisa Iglesias is an exceptional realtor. When we found her, we were flustered ex-pats new to Houston and the USA and totally overwhelmed. Lisa was impressive right away in that she could explain (and had maps!) of different subdivisions, could explain the pros and cons of each one, and had extensive knowledge of schools and trends. When we met her we felt like we could finally take a breath.

Throughout our home buying experience Lisa was always prepared, often having asked for seller's disclosures or other relevant documents ahead of time.
