Chateau Ten – Welch is Randall Davis’ first “Chateau Ten” project. Subsequently, he used much of the concept, design, floor plan and layout for other similar building projects all with a variation of the “Chateau Ten” name throughout Houston’s Inner Loop. The building’s features include:
