Artavia TX History


Airia Development Co started the development of Artavia in 2019. Artavia means “art road”. A small town called Artavia in northern Spain has similar topography and vibe.

The neighborhood is the second master-planned community from Airia Development. Their first was the master-planned community Aliana in Richmond. Aliana inspired outstanding growth in the Richmond area.

Growth in Artavia continues until now. As a brand-new construction community, some units are still undergoing active construction. Developers build more single-family homes to meet growing demand.
