“Working with Brittney Coyle was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She exemplifies everything you could hope for in a real estate professional. First and foremost, her negotiation skills are unparalleled. She was able to help us get a great deal that we were very happy with. She spent a great deal of time educating us about the Houston condo. As newcomers to the area, we knew very little about the market landscape, but she patiently guided us through every step, providing insights and information that ultimately led us to make informed decisions. What truly sets Brittney apart, is her commitment to finding the right home, not just any home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, steering us away from a property that we initially liked but wouldn't have been the right fit for us in the long run. This level of honesty and integrity is rare in the industry, and we are incredibly grateful for her guidance. Above all, Brittney was an absolute joy to work with. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her clients shine through in every interaction. We couldn't be happier with the service she provided, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in search of a home.” - Brandie Jewell (Google Review)

Conroe Northeast TX History
Conroe Northeast's history closely connects with Conroe's history.
In 1881, Isaac Conroe, a retired Civil War captain from Illinois, arrived in Montgomery County, Texas.
Isaac established a sawmill in a forested area east of the town. He built a tram to transport lumber to the nearby railroad.
He became the first postmaster of the post office in the area. The railroad stop was initially named “Conroe’s Switch“ and later shortened to “Conroe.“
Lumbering brought prosperity as sawmills and new families settled in the area. Despite challenges like epidemics and fires, the town grew steadily.
In 1886, they established a one-room school. In 1900, they created a larger school due to population growth driven by the lumber industry.
Conroe officially became a city in December 1904, with J. F. Collier as its first mayor.
