Fonn Villas TX History

Kickerillo Companies developed the Fonn Villas subdivision in the 1960s. The 3- and 4- bedroom homes they built at that time were complete with fireplaces and double garages.

Before, most of the houses in Fonn Villas were occupied by Esson Exploration employees. However, the houses now belong to a mix of original owners and young professionals.

The Fonn Villas Civic Association (FVCA) is in charge of maintaining the neighborhood's appearance. They're also responsible for the enforcement of the community's deed restrictions.
