“My wife and I are Houston Properties clients because of Lisa Iglesias. She previously represented us to sell our condo. and, more recently, the sale of a different condo and the purchase of our dream home. Dating back over 30 years, my wife and I have done multiple property transactions. Lisa is simply the best! She is very knowledgeable, experienced and is truly interested in representing her client, rather than rushing to make a sale. If her client is willing to spend more for a property than she thinks it’s worth Lisa will let them know; based on her experience with hidden costs, that a buyer may not be aware of before closing. 👍” - Miguel Franco (Google Review)

Lakes of Parkway TX History
Kickerillo Companies and Sueba USA started developing Lakes of Parkway in 1995. Before the area’s development, Paul Barnhart owned the 330-acre tract of land.
As with most west Houston suburbs, the tract was rural. It was a cattle ranch, one of the last tracts of land to be developed in the area.
Kickerillo purchased the home sites to develop homes in the subdivision. The home builder offered a variety of floor plans, designs, and price points. The construction of Lakes of Parkway ended in 2009.
Today, the community is one of the best-gated communities in the west Houston area. Its proximity to job centers and excellent schools continue to draw homebuyers to the neighborhood.
