Magnolia Ridge TX History
Magnolia Ridge is nestled in the heart of Magnolia. Named after the trees surrounding it, Magnolia attracted its early settlers for the timbers in its area.
In the first half of the 1900s, Magnolia’s population grew with developments such as a sawmill and a railroad. Later on, the town’s oilfield gained more settlers. More improvements came in the latter half of the century.
