“I have been working with Brittney Coyle for 4 years now and have had the pleasure of purchasing two homes with her during that time. The first was my first time as a home buyer and she made the experience so smooth! She explained everything in detail to my husband and I, walked us through our options, was there for every question we had and really took the time to understand our home style. When it came time for us to sell and find something bigger for our growing family, she was even more perfect to work with! We found I’m our dream home and without missing a beat she dropped everything to draft a proposal and negotiate an offer that was accepted, over 6 others! And when it came time to selling our townhome, she made sure it was staged perfectly, that the photos were stellar and not a detail was missed. We purchased a new home and sold our townhome and closed in less than 2 months total. She still continues to check in and during tax season is SO responsive in helping guide us through getting necessary documents with each title company. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Brittney and the Houston Properties Team and recommend to anyone any chance I get!” - Christine Clark (Google Review)

Parc at Midtown TX History
The oil production decline during the 80s and 90s hit Midtown hard. In the 1980s, the oil glut caused a decrease in Houston neighborhoods. The decline stretched into the 90s until Houston formed the Midtown TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone) in 1995. The Midtown Management District was also established years later.
In those early days, property developers were reluctant to come to Midtown due to its poor reputation. However, redevelopment efforts started bringing more commercial establishments to the district. These efforts led to residential projects.
Midtown is now considered a trendy and lively neighborhood, though some parts are still under development. There is still work to be done. But Midtown is on its way back to becoming one of Houston's best neighborhoods.
