Are you based in the Philippines and ready to leverage your exceptional communication and virtual assistance skills? Houston Properties Team is seeking a talented General Virtual Assistant to join our high-performing team.

As a General Virtual Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our top-producing real estate team. You'll leverage your skills to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently, allowing our agents to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Do

As a General Virtual Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our real estate operations:

AI Marketing: Develop AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns and create promotional materials.
Content Creation: Craft compelling content for property listings and marketing campaigns.
Database Management: Streamline communication by managing emails and maintaining a real estate database.
Transaction Support: Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth real estate transactions.
AI Optimization: Implement and refine AI to improve processes, quality standards, and overall efficiency.

Please note that your role may vary depending on your assigned department, and your responsibilities will be tailored to the specific needs and priorities of that department. This flexibility allows you to adapt and contribute effectively within different areas of our real estate business.

What We Look For

To be successful in this role, a good candidate must have the following:

General Requirements:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

Minimum Qualifications:

At least a high school diploma, not currently studying
Full-time availability with no conflicting commitments
Familiarity with automation tools and AI technologies relevant to text generation and analysis
Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing GPT prompts is a plus, but not required

Tech Requirements:

Processor: Intel Core-i5 (8th generation onwards) or equivalent AMD Ryzen or Apple M1 chips (preferred Intel Core-i5)
Memory: 8GB+ RAM
Available Hard Disk Drive Space: At least 5GB
Operating System - Windows OS: Windows 10 or later / Mac OS: Mac OS 11 or later
Internet: Main connection (at least 50 Mbps; fiber or DSL) / Backup connection (at least 20 Mbps)
Headset: With noise-canceling feature and a microphone
Working camera / webcam for virtual meetings

What You’ll Get

Permanently and fully work-from-home (9 AM to 6 PM CST schedule)
Start with a base salary of PHP 25,000, with the potential to double to PHP 50,000 within your first year.
