“Danielle and her team were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and communicative throughout the whole timeline from house tours all the way through closing. She had great recommendations for third-party services like inspectors and insurance companies. My fiance and I are very grateful for her work on our behalf and we never felt out of the loop, even with my work travel schedule keeping me out of the state for most of the process.” - Ryan Samuelsen (Google Review)

Mathews Place TX History
Mathews Place is part of West University Place in Houston.
In 1910, Governor Ben W. Cooper of Tennesee built a community of country homes west of Houston. Seven years later, A. D. Foreman sold its first lots, naming the area based on the nearby Rice Institute. Developers built more homes and subdivisions and more people came to reside here. West U was the second fastest-growing city in 1940.
The population fluctuated during the 1960s and 1970s. By this time, the town had built six churches and a library. More establishments rose to sustain West U's residents. Time went on and by 2010, West U had 14,787 residents.
