“Yolanda was incredible! We were first time home buyers and she made the process extremely easy to understand and navigate. We spent a lot of time trying to learn the different neighborhoods in Houston and Yolanda provided us with fantastic insights into what to consider. She was always focused on what would be best for us and made sure we were considering all of the factors that could impact a home's resale value. She truly had our best interest at heart and spent many months with us to find our perfect home! She is a great person and very patient. We would love to work with her again!” - Heather Graff (Google Review)

Spring East TX History
East Spring is a census-designated place (CDP) within the Greater Houston Area with extraterritorial jurisdiction in Harris County.
The Orcoquiza Native Americans then inhabited the Spring East. The provisional government assigned the town of Spring to the Harrisburg municipality in 1836.
Four years later, the German immigrants moved to the area and pursued farming, pioneered by Gus Bayer and Carl Wunsche. In the post-Civil War Southern US, the next batch of settlers came. Sugar cane and cotton were the main crops.
The International and Great Northern Railroad opened in 1871 and resulted in town expansion.
In the early 1900s, Spring had a roundhouse and became a switchyard. It caused the population to increase. The relocation of the roundhouse to Houston led to the town's population decline.
