What You'll Do

Join our innovative team as a Graphics Designer, where you'll create and curate visually stunning content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence:

Design visually appealing and consistent content for the website and marketing materials.
Adapt designs for different platforms to maximize impact.
Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to deliver creative solutions aligned with the brand.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and stay updated with design trends.
Use automation tools and AI technologies to streamline design processes and integrate AI-driven strategies.

What We Look For

To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates who possess:

General Requirements:

Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Critical thinking and judgment to create designs aligned with the company's brand.
Keen interest in AI application and development.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics and a passion for innovation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred
Full-time availability with no conflicting commitments
At least 2 years of proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
Luxury brand experience is a plus, but not required

Tech Requirements:

Processor: Intel Core-i5 (8th Generation) or equivalent AMD Ryzen or Apple M1 chips
Memory: 8GB+ RAM
Available Hard Disk Drive Space: At least 5GB
Operating System: Windows OS: Windows 10 or later / Mac OS: Mac OS 11 or later
Internet: Main connection (at least 50 Mbps; fiber or DSL) / Backup connection (at least 20 Mbps)
Headset: With a noise-canceling feature and a microphone
Working camera / webcam for virtual meetings

Technical Skills

Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Canva
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, or other tools for PDF editing
Basic knowledge in video editing is a plus, but not required.
Experience or eagerness to learn about automation tools and AI-based design software.
